1. Accepted payment methods

MyShower offers several secure payment methods to guarantee a simple and reliable shopping experience.
Payments can be made via:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (if available on your device)

All payments made on the website https://my-shower.fr are completely secure.

2. Payment security

Transaction security is a priority for MyShower.
Payments are processed by certified payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) who guarantee the confidentiality and protection of bank data through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

MyShower never has access to the Client's banking information.
No payment data is stored on the servers of my-shower.fr .

3. Payment validation

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The order is only considered valid after confirmation of payment by the relevant banking institution.

If the bank refuses the order, it will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be notified by email.

4. Billing

An electronic invoice is automatically generated after each order and sent by email to the Customer.
It summarizes the details of the products purchased, the total amount paid, and MyShower's contact information.

5. Fraud and verification

MyShower reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or misuse of a payment method.
Checks may be carried out to ensure the security of transactions (address, identity, etc.).

6. Payment in installments

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of payment, payment in installments is not offered on the my-shower.fr website.
Any future changes to this policy will be indicated on this page.

7. Currency and taxes

All payments are made in euros (€) .
Prices include French VAT where applicable.
If the Customer makes a purchase from another country in the European Union, the VAT may be adjusted according to the country of destination.
